Getting There and Getting Around
Major US airlines fly into the Puerto Vallarta airport (PVR).
You do not need a visa, only your passport.
Taxis are everywhere and reasonably priced; Uber is a good alternative, especially if you don’t speak Spanish.
The bus system is great and cheap; learning to use the buses is a sort of adventure all its own.
Check with your mobile phone provider to ensure service and cellular data.
